Party goers will bring in their spare change to donate to the Obama/Biden 08 ticket. Some people can spare some pennies while others may choose to spare a $20. People can also donate by participating in a raffle. Participants can win a hoodie from dykesinthecity (www.ditc.net), an Obama / Midnight Marauders tshirt from alwaysurban.com, Obama magnets, buttons and other political chachkas.

This is going to be the best jam since the Gum2 Political Party 2004 at Cinespace (how’s that for an obscure reference?).

The design re-imagines the classic A Tribe Called Quest, Midnight Marauders album cover art, replacing all of the 90s hip hop heavies with pictures of Barack Obama. The back of the shirt uses a quote from the album, “non believers you can check the stats” in the classic Tribe Called Quest yellow font.

Plus, all proceeds go to support voter registration, and to print more Obama t-shirts! (Campaign finance laws prevent us from donating directly to any campaign. Please note we are not affiliated with Obama for America.) Get the shirt, get active, and VOTE!

The #1 Fan (shown above) and Quim Tees are a new milestone in excellent print design for Anenberg. They went above and beyond to bring out the hand made Murder We Wrote Tee with the all over red on black brush strokes.
